The total number of vacancies is 933, distributed across various categories:

2. Reservation Policy
Reservations for SC, ST, SEBC, women, ex-servicemen, and sports persons will follow the Odisha Reservation of Vacancies in Posts and Services Act, 1975, and other relevant guidelines.
3. Scale of Pay & Service Conditions
- Pay: Rs. 16,880/- per month (first year) under contractual appointment rules.
- Governed by Odisha Group-B Posts (Contractual Appointment) Rules, 2013.
4. Age Criteria
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 25 years (as of 01.01.2021)
- Relaxation:
- SC/ST/SEBC/Women: 5 years
- Ex-Servicemen: Full duration of service in Armed Forces
5. Educational Qualification
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university is required.
6. General Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must:
- Be an Indian citizen.
- Have good moral character and sound health.
- Be proficient in Odia (speaking, reading, writing) and meet educational language requirements.
- Not have more than one spouse living.
- Not have any criminal convictions.
7. Required Documents
Candidates must provide original and self-attested copies of:
- Caste certificate (if applicable).
- HSC or equivalent certificate (proof of age).
- Bachelor’s degree certificate.
8. Examination Fees
- General/SEBC candidates: Rs. 285/-
- SC/ST candidates: Exempted
9. Application Deadline
The last date to apply online is 15th July 2021 (23:59 hours).
10. Application Process

11. Computer-Based Recruitment Examination (CBRE)
- The date, time, and venue for CBRE and Physical Tests will be notified on the official website.
- Candidates must check updates regularly.
12. Admit Card
- Available for download one week before the exam.
- Must be presented with a Government-issued Photo ID at the examination center.
13. Selection Procedure
- Final selection based on:
- Marks in CBRE
- NCC Certificate weightage (if applicable)
- Tie-breaking criteria:
- Marks in Paper-II (General Studies)
- Older candidates preferred
- Alphabetical order of names
